Energetic Assembler – 4 x 10-hour days (Mon – Thurs)

From $18 per hour - Full Time - 4 x 10 hour days - Mon- Thurs 6am-4pm

The assembler role is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in producing a high- quality product assembling small energetic parts. Assemblers will be trained on multiple production lines and positions within the lines, leading to a fulfilling career. Previous assembly experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

Energetic assembly
Scoops, inserts and levels energetic substances into components, according to specifications provided; and/or presses material into component parts, observing stated tolerance or pressure limits for each phase of operation; and/or caps filled component, crimping/discing and sealing as necessary to dimensional specifications employing soldering, welding or other production methods required.
Assure product meets all quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
Check and fill out necessary logs
Must meet established production goals
Must be dependable
Ability to perform repetitive work
Ability to work with small parts under a microscope for extended time periods as projects dictate
Ability to follow oral and written guidelines
Manual dexterity is a necessity
Continuous handling of small components or assemblies
Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas
Able to sit for extended time periods
Ability to perform work with a high level of detail to meet extremely tight tolerances consistently
Excellent punctuality, good attendance, and reliability required
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Read and comprehend measurements
Ability to be trained on multiple positions

Required qualifications:

US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder
Candidate must pass a Physical and Drug Screen
Candidate must be able to pass a BATF Employee Possessor Questionnaire (ATF Form 5400.28) Background Check
High School Diploma or equivalent required
English Proficiency
Must be 18 years of age
